The main functions supported by Aastra Visual Tax Professional include :
- Billing of Unified Communication Network : This feature provides cost analysis on internal, inbound and outbound communications, through out a large amount of automatic & customizable editions, using multi-criteria search, data sorting and filtering, sums, top ten, etc.
- Supervizing inbound traffic analysis : This option gives the view on the inbound communications traffic. Especially, It is possible to supervise groups and greeting’s teams performance (number of treated calls, ring duration, etc.)
- Simulating costs reduction : This option is used to simulate the cost of communication with another Operator, based on the real costs available in VT Pro database.
- Hotel/ Hospital Management : This option helps managing the rooms in hostels or hospitals. VT Pro is able to do the check-in and check-out of the guests, consolidate the bill, provide room status, etc.
